All of the Duck and Strut Products are made in Columbia, SC by Philip. The oyster knives that Philip makes feature a DymaLux handle or a wood burl and resin blend handle. Each knife starts as a sheet of 3/16” stainless steel and is then cut, shaped, beveled and polished before a handle is custom fitted to each blade. All of our knives are paired with a leather sheath.
