Carl Pennington
Carl Pennington began this passion project, "Broken", a few years ago. After spending time at the beach with his family collecting shells, Carl decided to share their message with others. These shells represent more than nature's beauty, they each tell a story of hope, resiliency, and love.
Carl has many talents, woodworking being one, but his unwavering commitment to sharing the faithfulness of God in a broken world is a true gift. Each shell was hand selected from beaches all over the world. He has chosen broken shells, as they embody the message he is sharing through each piece: "Broken, Still Loved By God." Each base is made from repurposed wood, found in old churches and places Carl holds near to his heart.
